Reverse Engineering Workflow

When a part exists but the drawings don’t, we scan it. Our 3D scanning captures the real geometry of a worn, obsolete, or one-off component and turns it into usable CAD so we can remake it, improve it, or put it into production. That is how industrial customers replace equipment that no longer has support, and how we bring new consumer products from a physical sample to in-house manufacturing without starting from a blank page. Faster than hand measurement, more accurate than guesswork, and built for shops that need the part not just the file.

Optimal Designs

We do not guess at strength. Finite element analysis is part of how we design. So loads, weak points, and deflection show up on the screen before they show up in the field. That means industrial parts built for the duty cycle they will actually see, and consumer products that are solid without being wastefully heavy. We use FEA to check the model, refine the geometry, and only then cut, print, or machine. Proper design is not extra decoration. It is how we keep your part from becoming a failure analysis later.

Rapid Prototyping

Our Formlabs Form 4B printers turn a CAD file into a high-detail prototype in hours.

We use them to check fit, refine form, and prove a design before production.

See it, hold it, change it, then we make it.

Precision Manufacturing

Good design only matters if the shop can hold it. We produce components with precision machining and laser cutting tight fits, clean edges, and repeatable parts from the first piece to the production run. Laser cutting gives us accurate profiles in sheet and plate; machining finishes the features that have to fit, seal, or move. That is how we turn models into hardware industrial customers can bolt in, and consumer products that always work. No sloppy stock, no “close enough.” The part that leaves our floor matches the model we signed off on.
